Lady Cobras star guard Maddie Garrick has been named in the Australian Opals selection squad ahead of the FIBA Women’s Asia Cup in July.

Junior Cobra and SEABL Men’s rookie Josh Kunen has been selected in the Under 17 Australian Team which will compete at the 2017 Oceania Championships in July.

The Lady Cobras had no troubles on the road in Ballarat on the weekend, with Maddie Garrick and Angela Beadle leading Kilsyth to a blowout win over the Rush for their eighth win of the season.
