Kilsyth Basketball would like to officially welcome Drew Fenton as its new Basketball Development Officer.

Drew will oversee Kilsyth Basketball’s development programs, which aim at increasing participation rates at the grassroots level and strengthening Kilsyth’s pathway from introductory and domestic basketball through to the Junior Cobras program. Drew has previously served in basketball development roles at both the Knox and Gosford City associations, where he proved to significantly increase participation numbers at the domestic level through specialised programs and community engagement.

Drew possesses over 20 years of coaching experience at the domestic, national and international level. He was involved with the Basketball NSW program from 2011 to 2017, serving as a National Intensive Training Program (NITP) coach and head coach of the Under 18 NSW Country State Team from 2014-2017, where he led the team to a silver and bronze medal. Drew currently resides in Chicago, USA, where he has been employed as the Director of Player Development and Coaching for the Illinois Magic and Lifezone360 AAU programs.

Drew is set to join the Kilsyth Basketball team in early March. Welcome aboard, Drew!
