An exciting opportunity has recently become available for a community minded business seeking significant exposure both locally within the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and regionally throughout the Australian eastern seaboard to partner with Australia's largest basketball association.

As one of Australiaís most recognisable and prestigious community basketball brands and with an active membership of over 15,000 players, coaches, officials and administrators, Kilsyth Basketball is uniquely positioned to support the growth and brand development of your business as our new Principal Partner.

The Principal Partner will gain national exposure as the Naming Rights Partner for the Kilsyth Cobras Menís and Womenís (Lady Cobras) teams competing in the South East Australian Basketball League (SEABL). Known as Australia's premier winter basketball league, the SEABL is a national competition consisting of teams from Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, New South Wales and the ACT, and features some of the best basketball talent from across the country and overseas.

2016 saw the Lady Cobras claim their second consecutive South Conference championship and the team took home a slew of league awards, boasting SEABLís Most Valuable Player (Steph Cumming), Defensive Player of the Year (Emily Fryters) and Coach of the Year (Sam Woosnam). The Men narrowly missed out on the playoffs this past season, but have re-tooled with some big name signings - Auryn Macmillan, Chris PattonAmerican Nelson Kirksey and new Head Coach Justin Schueller - for the year ahead as they look to re-establish themselves as championship contenders.

The Principal Partner of Kilsyth Basketball will gain access to Kilsythís 10,000 local families and enjoy the benefits of the brand exposure to over 25,000 weekly visitors to Kilsyth Basketballís venues.

Previous Principal Partners Assist PT, Swinburne University and Club Kilsyth have enjoyed overwhelming success within this role, taking advantage of the many activation and networking opportunities on hand in addition to key positional branding both online and within the Kilsyth and Lilydale stadiums.
