The K&MDBA Executive is elected to control and manage the affairs of Kilsyth & Mountain District Basketball Association Inc. This covers all the competitions including the representative teams and licence for Club Kilsyth and Club Ringwood. In addition to the office bearers, each competition elects a committee and a delegate to the Executive. The following competitions elect committees to assist the Executive in conducting competitions for K&MDBA; Senior, Junior, Daytime Ladies, After-School and Representative Teams.
The K&MDBA Annual General Meeting is held in April and is open for all members to attend
