The Season begins with a Round 2 (20 March 2010) double header against arch rivals the Knox Raiders.  The Swinburne Cobras will play their first home double header on Sunday 21 March 2010 as the Women play Hobart and the Men take on Albury/Wodonga.

The Swinburne Cobras will also have some important rivalries when new import Fernadez Lockett and the team taking on his former team in Albury, while the game against Nunawading will see the Swinburne Cobras face former player Gerard Leonard.

For the Swinburne Lady Cobras Sarah Parsons (Launceston) and Clare Papavs (Dandenong) have both moved onto new Clubs during the off-season and will return to Kilsyth on 17 July and 24 July 2010 respectively.

Both SEABL Head Coaches have been hard at work building their rosters for the 2010 Season and the local community will see some exciting players grace the floor of Hugh McMenamin Court in 2010.
