AURYN MacMILLAN – Swinburne Kilsyth Cobras
Kilsyth increased their win streak to six this weekend thanks largely to the efforts of 24 year old Auryn MacMillan. With 18pts@47%, 10rebs, 3ass and 5blks McMillan guided the Cobras to a surprise victory over South Conference ladder leaders Nunawading. MacMillan was the catalyst for the Cobras great second quarter with 8pts which set up a 4pt lead at the half time break. Auryn was also forced to produce a quality defensive performance as the Spectres have a talented frontcourt rotation. MacMillan was fully up to the task and limited the Spectres inform forward Chris Cameron to only 7pts.

With 16 points in the third quarter, Nathan Crosswell lifted the Sabres to a much needed victory over the Bandits. Nathan finished with 26pts@71%, 4rebs and 7ass.

Frankston Blues Chuck Long continues his impressive form this year with 18pts@47%, 11rebs, 2ass and 2stls against Dandenong, helping Frankston to their sixth consecutive win.

Ash Cannan averaged 23pts, 12rebs, 3.5ass and 1stl for the Spartans on their 1-1 road trip to Tasmania.
