Basketball Victoria is implementing a new registration platform – PlayHQ, a system that is purpose built for basketball, by basketball. This system will be implemented across ALL Basketball Victoria sanctioned competitions, including all K&MDBA competitions.   The PlayHQ system will be implemented for our Winter 2020 competitions, meaning ALL players must register with the new
