The Cobras have further bolstered their impressive perimeter lineup with the addition of Chan Nai for the 2022 NBL1 season.

An athletic 6’10 forward, Nai spent time in the United States at Virginia Academy, Redemption High School, Baton Rouge Community College, and was invited to attend Luol Deng’s NBA Camp. Nai is the latest addition to a long, athletic Cobras perimeter group – one that is shaping up to be one of the NBL1’s best.

Nai’s size, explosiveness, size and energy has impressed Cobras head coach, Pete Godfrey, with Godfey anticipating Cobras fans will have no shortage of highlights from their latest recruit.

“Chan is young, long and a high energy guy,” Godfrey said.

“From his very first practice his energy has been infectious in a good way. Chan is only in his fourth or fifth year of basketball and is keen to learn and just wants to get better. He’ll add further depth to our arsenal of long athletic wings, and I have no doubt we’ll see some highlight reel footage this season that features Chan somewhere above the ring.”
