Lady Cobras US Import Amy Denson produced a consistent month, helping her team to a 5-1 record and earns her first Player of the Month award. Denson averaged 20.3 points @ 46%, 10.6 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.7 steals and recorded a double double in five of her seven games. Denson kick started the month with 22pts, 10rebs in the Lady Cobras home victory against Sandringham in round 8. The following week Amy produced 26pts, 19rebs and 2stls in an overtime loss at Nunawading. Denson averaged 33mins of playing time in all seven games and has shown this month she is a contender for the Most Valuable Player Trophy at seasons end.
