AMY DENSON – Kilsyth Lady Cobras
Lady Cobras star import Amy Denson put in another stellar individual performance to guide Kilsyth to another victory. Denson recorded 25 points @ 58%, 10 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 1 blocked shot to lift the Lady Cobras to a much needed 79-62 road victory over Dandenong. Denson has been a standout performer all season and is a leading contender for Most Valuable Player at season’s end. This is Amy’s second Player of the Week performance this year.
Other notable performances were;
- With 20pts@58%, 7rebs, 2ass and 5stls Chantella Perera guided Sandringham to a 75-66 victory over Launceston.
- Bendigo Lady Braves Kelly Wilson continues to produce inspirational performances and finished the weekend averaging 22ppg, 7rpg, 4apg and 2.5spg.
- Kate Willey received game MVP honours with 14pts@67% and 5rebs in the Lady Spartans 71-53 victory against Frankston on Saturday evening.
