Congratulations to Kyle Adman, who has been selected to train with the Adelaide 36ers during the NBL pre-season. This wonderful opportunity comes off the back of a fantastic Victorian Youth Championship (VYC) season for Adnam, which culminated in him scoring 37 points in the VYC Grand Final, to lead the Yarra Ranges Kia Cobras to victory.

Head Coach of the Adelaide 36ers Joey Wright said “Kyle stood out immediately against high level NBL guards. His ability to beat the defender off the dribble and make an informed decision was uncanny.  He also displayed the ability to stay poised in pressure situations. I have recruited some young players over the years.  (Adam Gibson, Chris Goulding and Jason Cadee) and Kyle reminds me of what I saw in them. With hard work his future is limitless. He will be signed as a development player this year.”

Kilsyth Basketball is proud to see another Cobra spread their basketball wings, and look forward to seeing what the future holds for Kyle.
