On Saturday our Swinburne Kilsyth Cobras headed out on the road to take on Albury/Wodonga.

In the ladies game our Swinburne Cobras controlled the game from the beginning and were ahead by 22 at half time, and by 34 at the final break. Carly Mijovic continued her outstanding season for Kilsyth with 20 points and 6 boards. All 11 Kilsyth players were able to register on the scoresheet.

In the Men’s game our Swinburne Kilsyth Cobras registered their fourth victory in a row after taking out south rivals Albury/Wodonga, in a game that took double-overtime to decide. Neither team shot particularly well for the match and both struggled to hold onto possession. A total of 33 turn overs were committed for the game including nine in the second quarter alone.

Auyrn Macmillan had 30 points and 8 rebounds on a 12 from 15 shooting night, while Tim Lang notched up a 10 point, 10 rebound double-double.
