On signing the two girls new Swinburne Kilsyth Lady Cobras coach Samantha Woosnam said, "I am very pleased with the signing of both Louella and Rosie.  I think they will compliment the current girls we have and bring some valuable playing experience to our squad.  I am expecting big things from both of them and feel they will make a real impact in SEABL.  Not only are they great players, but good hard working girls, which is what our program will be all about.  I’m looking forward to them joining our squad once their WNBL and European seasons have completed."
