Workforce Extensions – Monbulk has grown from a temp supplier in the local horticulture, nursery and viticulture industries. We have extended recruitment and labour-hire services to assist a wide spectrum of Clients’ across a many industry segments over the past 10 years. We now offer services across Australia including Civil work, Local Shires, manufacturing, transport, landscaping to name just a few. We do however, continue to provide excellent service to our core of loyal ‘Outer Eastern’ clients.
We work tirelessly to ensure that our placements are not only appropriately skilled and qualified staff but also, people that fit into our clients’ team culture. Each person is selected not only on experience but also on personal ethics, attitude and demeanor. This obviously works in the reverse as well; we endeavor to ensure our staff are comfortable, well suited and happy in our clients’ workplace. We have ongoing and supportive relationships with both our clients and candidates.
One of the advantages of our business is we are not tied down to any single area or industry, we offer a wider variety of service and a more extensive selection of candidates through our ‘state-of-the-art’ database system. Recently our placements have included project managers for the building of schools in Darwin and the remote regions of NT. We are unashamedly different.
Our focus at Workforce Extensions Monbulk is to always put local people into local work wherever possible therefore strengthening local communities. An example of this was our placement of a large number of local people back into work after the recent bushfires. Additionally we provided key staff and assisted with the establishment the Bushfire Recovery Department in the Shire of Murrindindi, and continue to support employment in the area. We as a company are very proud of this achievement.
Although we enjoy a solid and respected reputation, we don’t rest on our laurels, we are continually striving for a higher level of excellence to assist our clients and candidates; this includes safety, training and keeping abreast of regulatory changes and awards. Our team is highly motivated, enthusiastic, skilled and experienced but our advantage is, we genuinely have a passion for what we do.
