The last round of D-League before play-offs sees the Workforcexs Lady Cobras and the Workforcexs Cobras face off against Sandringham at home in two must win games for Kilsyth.

Last weekend saw the Workforcexs Cobras fall short in all three D-League games played with the men going down to Knox on Saturday night by 15 points and then Nunawading on Sunday afternoon by 10 points, the women also lost to Nunawading going down by 18 points.

Both the Workforcexs Lady Cobras and the Workforcexs Cobras sit in fifth position on the ladder with a very good chance of making play-offs should they win come Saturday night.

The Workforcexs Lady Cobras have twice defeated the Lady Sabers and should enter the game confidents of securing another win. If Kilsyth is to make play-offs they need to secure the win and have Frankston loose one of their two matches.

The Workforcexs Cobras have a very simple equation come this Saturday night, defeat Sandringham and they make play-offs, loose and they must sit on their fingers and hope that results of other games over the weekend fall their way.

It will be an exciting and intense night of basketball, one which shall hopefully result in both Kilsyth D-League sides making it thru to the play-offs.

The Workforcexs Lady Cobras tip off at 6.15pm against the Sandringham Lady Sabers, while the Workforcexs Cobras tip off at 8.15pm Saturday July 30 against the Sandringham Sabers, on Hugh McMenamin Court.
