Applications are now open for the role of Head Coach for the NBL1 Kilsyth Cobras Women's team.
Applicants as a minimum, should hold a Level 2 (Association Coach) coaching accreditation or equivalent experience at elite level basketball and be willing to take ownership and responsibility for the development of players within the Kilsyth Cobras Senior Women’s Program.
Develop a Culture of High Performance with Shared Values:
· Establish a professional & disciplined culture for players, coaches and staff which reflect the associations Club’s core values.
· Provide strong leadership to the playing and coaching groups that encourages a supportive team environment consistent with the association’s values.
· Be available to attend all trials, squad/team trainings, practice games & NBL1 games
· Have previous senior Head Coaching experience or Professional Playing experience.
· Have a proven record of successfully leading a high-performance program
· Have a strong ability to plan and implement training & competition program
· Have a demonstrated record in individual player development
· Have effective Relationship Management skills
