ZACK MALVIK – Swinburne Kilsyth Cobras

Returning to the league in 2011 after injury forced him to return mid season to USA in 2008, Kilsyth Cobras import Zach Malvik produced his best game of the season to lead his team to a confidence boosting victory over conference leaders Bendigo. Malvik recorded 30pts@69%, 4rebs, 4ass and 1stl. With his team trailing 52-56 after three quarters Malvik produced 17pts in the final term to carry his team to victory.

Other notable performances were;

 Hobart Chargers Greg Diligard produced 24pts@85%, 11rebs, 2ass and 3blks to help his team to an 82-75 victory over Geelong.

 Mt Gambier Pioneers guard Erik Burdon is having a sensational year and produced 27pts@47%, 2rebs, 4ass and 5stls to lead the Pioneers to a much needed victory over Canberra.

 Canberra import Kyle Jeffers had a great weekend averaging 20.3pts, 10.7rebs, 2ass and 2.7stls on the Gunners arduous three game road trip.
